Hello, I'm Grace Lis.
I'm a Knowledge & Innovation Strategist specializing in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Creative Technologies, and Human-Centered Innovation. I recently completed my visit as a visiting researcher at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten (USTP) in Austria and continue my PhD in Image and Sound at UFSCar, investigating the symbiosis between human craftsmanship and algorithmic generation.

I work as an innovation and knowledge strategist for organizations aiming to turn generative AI into a competitive advantage. With over 30,000 hours of teaching at universities and technical courses, and consulting for over 200 companies, I develop solutions that integrate operations, IT, accessibility, and creative direction to elevate the standards of products, services, and visual narratives.

My career includes leading national accessibility strategies (MINC and MEC projects) and contributing to large-scale digital transformation programs, where I designed solutions and scaled UX practices for thousands of users, aligning technical, business, and experience requirements.
